Static fallback / public first impression
This public page is a read-only workbench for the AISOP seed package. It presents packaged documents through a source explorer, reader, ID index, traceability view, package-health dashboard, guided paths, and AI handoff console. The implementation is static HTML/CSS/JS only; there is no backend, account system, upload flow, private workspace, or live AI service.
Root and docs-folder materials are indexed for browser-only review.
Machine-referenceable identifiers are extracted for navigation.
